It could also possibly mean that this script will support 2 accounts at the same time duo-ing the instance by itself with you and an alt. Not sure if is required to have a rune pouch, you have the option to not use the rune pouch, but there is no other way to choose the runes to cast the spells needed anybody else having the same issue??? So at the end of my sentence, saying "Give it a whirl and report back to us what you discover" is genuine. Since his interest in it will probably result in him purchasing the month to test it for himself. I have one account set as the main and the other set as duo, entered the same team ID and started each script at the same time.
