  1. And I thought it was dreadful before..Good grief.. I sure am happy I'm not playing anymore.
  2. VBsec

And the clear version: Okay so around January when I was still botting I started using this 30 day free trial vps. I put my Paypal debt card which is fine since I was going to cancel it before the trial ended, but within 3-4 days of running the vps my account got locked. I couldnt log in it or anything but I didn't really care since it was well a free trial. So I made a new account and used my moms credit and went back to the free trial and once again within a few days my account got locked. I tried again with my debt card and made a new account but it only lasted one day this time till the account got locked and lastly I did it one more time with my moms credit card but switched to a different choice for the vps. I created the account and then I logged out an logged back in a few mins later but it was locked so I gave up on it and just moved on from that vps. Well recently I got an email about the total I have to pay for the month of march which honestly I was shocked because well I haven't been able to log in it or anything and the last time I used it was in free trial. The total for each account account one is around 400$ , account 2 is around 70-80$, account 3 is around 150$ and account 4 is the same as account 3. On the email for account one I emailed the billing address and said I believe they made a mistake since, well, my account got locked during my free trial and I thought that was the end of it and they asked if I tried contacting support when I found out my account was locked and I just didn't respond back but no I did not contact support when it got locked. I'm 18 and new at botting and using a vps and since It was during a free trial that my account got locked I didn't think anything of it ( I've used previous vps trials before that and none of them have locked my account or suspended it so yeah I had no idea) so they haven't emailed me on 3 accounts including the one that I emailed them they made a mistake but a few days ago I got an email for one of the accounts I used my moms credit card number for which is the only email I've gotten from them recently and it said if I didn't pay the debt they'll contact their collection agency. The sum total for that one was around 150$. I don't know what to do. Can I get arrested for this? I live in California. I read that in Michigan you can. Idk. I honestly don't want to get my mother in trouble. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Any more help from me? Probably not, it sounds like you've been had. Big time. I suggest contacting some sort of authorities, a lawyer perhaps if you know one, and not paying the outrageous bills.
  3. "Bots cannot adapt to this new technology leaving them flawed and at a completely manageable trickle." Now that's something a politician might say, if one was interested in rs botting, as they all should be. It's not stating a fact, it's the same as saying "Bot devs don't have what it takes to beat us.". They do try to make our life as hard as possible though, that's a fact.
  4. You've got a few references to CTMiner..so it won't even compile for anyone else. Other things I have in mind have already been said above.
  5. I'd consider myself a relatively average nerd and it took me around 50 hours to build the first functioning script. That was for powerbot a few years ago. I begun the road by analyzing scripts and it didn't really improve my code in any way... The scripts looked horrible and were nearly impossible to debug. All I learned was how to make them compile and run. So pick up a book and study hard. I recommend Head First Java 2nd edition. It's not brand new but the fundamentals of Java haven't changed all that much since version 5. You can find a pdf or an e-book for free with some googling.
  6. Thanks!
  7. It's perfectly normal, no need to get worried.
  8. Quite so, yet if all code is in one class it doesn't make much of a difference.
  9. I read it in a book a while ago but it's true, it does go between private and protected, though the line between default and protected is very thin. The comment works as a reminder for beginners, the real learning isn't going to happen with a template.

  11. They did it in 2010? Repeating the same joke now 4 years later...fits the old school theme I suppose.
  12. Makes sense. I also appreciate the way you present your point of view. So I changed them. Node to Jobexecute() to work()validate() to isIncomplete()If a job is incomplete you've gotta go to work. Now there shouldn't be any misunderstandings.
  13. The raw version hasn't got access modifiers or proper names because it's plain and simple and won't be used by anyone who's going to write thousands of lines of code per script. The plainer it is, the easier it is to use. Plus it's not particularly educational, just a template. And Druid, would you mind elaborating why the structure is bad and pointless? It's worked quite nicely for me and I've grown fond of it.
  14. When I first introduced myself to nodes I was delighted. It was a very clear system and the naming wasn't a problem for me. I'm not particularly sensitive about it. The main point is, after all, if something is validated, it gets executed.
  15. I suppose it might be a bit misleading but that's the name that was given to them, I didn't choose it. Do you have a suggestion for a better name?
