TRiBot crashes while loading an OldSchool client on Ubuntu
Guest posted a topic in Help and Guidance
I'm using a VPS and am having trouble getting TRiBot to work on it. TRiBot will start up fine and I'll log in and wait for the main program to appear. When I hit New Client it'll try to start up a new client, but somewhere in the loading process it'll stop entirely. The program shuts down and there is no error message. This is not a fixed point. Sometimes it'll crash while downloading the runescape.jar, sometimes it'll crash while loading classes. Once it even managed to start a runescape client but it crashed before it finished loading. I've since tried running with a heap size of 256MB -
I start the bot and it loads to 97% then crashes. =/ I attached the error log. any help is welcome xD hs_err_pid4988.log E- its RS3 not osrs.

For the past few days many Tribot scripts have been freezing the whole screen and making me have to quit tribot. It doesn't do this for all scripts but most of them. I do not know why, I have tried re-downloading tribot, java, restarting computer, etc... none of it works. It never use to do this before a few days ago. Any ideas and is this happening to anyone else? UPDATE: I have found a fix... when tribot first loads up at the bottom left is the max heap size. I increased it by a 1000 and found that the reason this was happening was because it didn't have enough storage.
