with the recent rs update where they introduced the hp/pray/run orbs and the movement of the run tab, i tried something new. i ticked "toggle run" as the bot just kept trying to toggle it on, however with toggle run unticked it still tried to toggle the run on, but failing. are you able to make a fix for this? so that if you untick toggle run it doesn't still try to toggle run on?

if that makes sense

The TRiBot needs to be updated due to today's RS updates.

It seems like both the Inventory and Banking API are broken.

If you DISABLE food, energy pots, world hopping and death walk teleport. It works fine :>

Thanks for finding this

Oh man I was getting really frustrated just now, the script drank 2 and half inventories of super pots and I couldn't figure out why.

I now just took 10 (rest of inventory empty) and now it works fine :>

@ Dorgesh-Kaan

Also something quite weird, I get the same XP at Dorgsh-Kaan and Pollnivneach (~43k), more than Relleka (~40k).

And I never fail in any of them...

Dunno why it would drink all of your energy potions. I checked my code and couldn't find anything that would make it drink them like that.

Dorgesh-kaan and Poll are supposed to be about the same xp. Rellekka is slower because it's especially bad for all the methods.

According to that Rellekka is not supposed to be that much faster than poll and dorgesh-kaan but I can probably get much better xp rates out of it when I optimize it a bit. It will never get the best xp rates in any of the courses.

I'm going to start optimizing the courses soon when I have finished the random event filter. It's actually finished but still have to do some testing to make sure it works.

Woke up to this (in the Wizard's Tower, but I was training in Pollniveach.) What the hell, Tribot? I guess Tribot's random event scripts are just messed up right now, but you really need to set it up so the bot logs out when this happens. Presumably it was just standing there for 10+ hours clicking the minimap. inb4 ban.

I have now finished the random event filter. This means that all issues with random events being unreachable should be fixed. I really had to go out of my way to make sure it would solve all issues with random events.

Currently Tribot's random solver's completely take over when a random solver starts so I had to make a filter that ensure that the random event is solveable before the random event solver starts. I really wish Tribot had some kind of failsafe for this kind of thing... It would also help if it let us add some kind of check in every random solver so that it wouldn't mindlessly try to reach the random event when it clearly can't.

I will start working on speed improvements on all of the courses tomorrow or today.

@yummogummo: The script relies on webwalking to find its way back to the course. This means that either I make it at least try to get to the course or I disable it all together which will make the script shut down every time it gets lost and it will never even try to get back to the course. I can add a plane check so the situation you were in won't happen again. Also, Poll should not even try to walk back to the course so I'll have to fix that.

This script is amazing, but do you think you can add for when it gets teleported to an unknown place it logs off? I was teleported to lumbridge basement yesterday and it was sitting there for like a few hours. ( i had it set to teleport to ardougne using tabs but it just kep clicking on map and saying "character hasn't moved for 2 minutes. trying to home teleport... and doesn't do anything

I can add a failsafe for when you get teleported to the lumby basement.

"character hasn't moved for 2 minutes. trying to home teleport" is there to fix that anyway. I need to know why it didn't home teleport for you so I can fix it. What did the script do? It works just fine for me when that happens.

UPDATE ON THE OPTIMIZATION OF THE COURSES: I will finish optimizing the courses most likely on the weekend. I have been very busy for the past few days.

it sat in the corner with the chest just spam clicking outside of the map.

Edit: Just as I posted this I noticed I was on lunars ;o stupid me. I'm going to switch to normal spellbook and see if that was the problem!

Edit #2 : Just tested by starting script at the lumbridge basement and it worked, sorry for not checking before reporting.

It seems like the canifis course only freezes when trying to start the course. If I start the script after climbing the first obstacle it runs the rest of the course fine. But once it tries to start the course again, the client locks up.

^ @FancyRabbitt: This was a problem with the Tribot client that should already be fixed. Restart Tribot to update it.

Update: I have now finished the speed improvements to almost all of the courses and the update is now in the repository. Ardougne does not yet have all of the improvements that I made, because I don't have the required level to get there atm (I originally made the support for Ardougne with someone else's account). When I get 90 agility, I'll improve Ardougne too.

The Gnome course, Barbarian course, Wilderness course and Ape Atoll course also got some speed improvements too.

  • Our picks

    • Gradle is a build tool used to accelerate developer productivity.

We recently setup a Maven repository (TRiBot Central) to make it easier for scripters to create scripts. Check it out here: https://gitlab.com/trilez-software/tribot/tribot-central/-/packages

Furthermore, we've released a simple Gradle project to make it easy to run TRiBot and develop scripts for it. Check it out here: https://gitlab.com/trilez-software/tribot/tribot-gradle-launcher

The goals of TRiBot Central are to:

      Deliver updates to TRiBot faster

Better organize TRiBot's dependencies (AKA dependancies)

Make it easier to develop scripts for TRiBot

Make it easier to use and run TRiBot

Note: TRiBot won't be able to run scripts from within this project until TRiBot's next release.

    • Hi everyone,

I'd like to thank everyone for their patience in this transition period. Since last week, we've worked out the remaining bugs with this integration.

Some users have still been having issues with connecting their forums account to their Auth0 account. To resolve this, we've imported all forums accounts into Auth0.

Unfortunately, the accounts which were imported today were using an unsupported password hashing algorithm. Hence, random passwords were set during the import.

What does this mean for me?

If you've previously linked your forums account to your Auth0 account, you don't have to do anything. Nothing changes for you.

If you haven't logged in via our new login yet,

Try logging in with your forums email address and the last password you used

If you are unable to login, please use the "Forgot password" tool on the login page:
Follow the instructions to reset your password

    • Hello everyone,

Last week we tried to roll out Auth0 Login, but we lost that battle. Now it's time to win the war!

      Important changes

When logging into the client, you'll now have to enter your Auth0 account credentials instead of your forums credentials

Note: 2FA is still handled through your forums account (for the time being)

      Changes for existing users

You'll have to link your Auth0 account to your forums account here: https://tribot.org/forums/settings/login/?service=11

Auth0 accounts have been created for most existing users. Please use your forums email address and password to login.

      Important notes

Make sure to verify your email address upon creating a new Auth0 account

When we mention your Auth0 account, we mean your account used for auth.tribot.org as displayed below

    • To better support the upcoming changes (TRiBot X, new repository), we're switching our login handler to Auth0. Instead of logging in with the standard form, you'll now be required to login through our Auth0 application.

All existing accounts which have been used within approximately the past year have been imported into Auth0 using the same email and password combination which has been stored on the forums.

What does this mean for users?

Your account credentials are now even more securely stored

You'll be able to login via Facebook, Google, and others in the future

Is there anything users have to do differently now?

Existing users: You'll have to login with the standard login, open your Account Settings, then link your Auth0 account

New users: You'll be redirected to our Auth0 app (auth.tribot.org) where you'll be able to create an account

      Why was this change made?

The new apps we are creating (such as the new repository) aren't able to use the forums to handle user logins

To centralize all user accounts in one area

To ensure that the client login doesn't go down when the forums are having problems

      To speed up our development

      Other considerations

There's no documentation or official support for using Invision Community combined with Auth0, so there are still a few kinks we're working out

We're in the works of creating an account management panel specifically for Auth0 accounts (ETA August)

It's not possible to change email addresses for the time being (this will be resolved this August)

Changing passwords is a weird process for the time being. To change your password, you'll have to use the "Don't remember your password" tool on the Auth0 login page

    • Over the past month, we've been working hard on TRiBot's new repository - a much needed update. This change has been deemed necessary for TRiBot X, and will allow us to really speed up development of all aspects of TRiBot.

Today we are going to share what we've been working on!

Now you must be wondering what kind of features the new repository will have.... well, you'll have to be patient for a little while longer. We're still figuring out various technical aspects so we can't provide answers to all possible questions. We're also focusing on development rather than writing about it so that everyone can get access to our latest developments at lightning speed. I will however answer a few users' questions.

We're planning on a release of this early to mid August, giving users some goodies before TRiBot X's release.

Thank you all for being patient. I hope everyone is excited as much as I am!
