Be Careful w/ MMs

What is a Middle man? By this i mean what is the point in a middle man service if they will just take from you what they please, when they please?. I;'m not posting this in the dispute section because nothing was lost other then a customer and respect. All this post is doing is letting you guys know that even the most trusted users will take from you if it will benefit them.

I came on forums and noticed someone was buying VIP for eoc gold so i pmed him. we spoke then we agreed to use Violent as a middle man because he didint wanto go first, which was fine with me. So that trade when smooth, Violent mm'd like he should have and everything went fine. Now this is where things started to get a little dodgy on Violents part. The person who bought VIP from me asked if he could trade eoc for rs3 and i agreed and told him i needed upto 100m eoc ( this was in the chat with me, him and violent ). Then me and him spoke privately about prices and so far violent had offered him 2.8m 07 for his 30m EOC in a private chat while we were already speaking. Then i asked him if he would go first and he said no, we would need to use an mm, which again was fine with me. So we went into the chat with me him and violent, and i asked him if he could log in once again to mm. His first reply was " ? " " For? ". Then we said gold exchange and his exact words were:

4:52:16 PM] Violent's AIO Services: WOW
[4:52:17 PM] Violent's AIO Services: BUY MY 07
[4:52:20 PM] Violent's AIO Services: NOT HIS
[4:52:32 PM] Sil3nt: =(
Then i proceeded to say ( and violent is itching to post my reply for this lmao so ima just say it and save you the time bro xD )
[5:31:37 PM] Violent's AIO Services: buy it from violent its w.e
( this was said because of me being 100% mindblown he would steal my customer. And didin't wanto fight over a customer that was already mine, 100% dumb imo =S )
wow, sell it to violent w.e man" followed by me telling him that what he did was sad ( taking my customer, because he said he had no eoc in stock ) Then we proceeded to argue obviously lol but the MAIN reason im making this topic is because after we had our argument and things were said, he even said himself :
[5:30:10 PM] Violent's AIO Services: I believe ive gone far already
[5:30:11 PM] Violent's AIO Services: :)
Afterwards when i said that i was thinking about posting the skype chat on tribot forums because of what he was saying, he immidiately starting editing all of his msgs that tribot admins would frown upon and would probly get marked for, making them all say Hi Sil3nt. After realising this i proceeded to tell him that by him editing all those msgs, its not doing him any good because it shows what you edit, he then instantly removes me from skype without a reply.
In no way is this topic trying to get Violent banned or marked or w.e. I'm just letting you all know that even the most trusted players are only looking out for themselves and will take advantage of you anytime they please.
** In this case he stole a customer from me when we asked him to middle man the trade. Instead of middlemanning the trade he proceeded to take the sale for himself then try to re sell it to me afterwards for more then what i was originally going to pay for it and what he paid. **
[5:26:49 PM] Violent's AIO Services: i give u the rs3 for 1:9? :)
[5:26:54 PM] Sil3nt: now you try to scam
[5:26:56 PM] Sil3nt: nice
[5:26:57 PM] Violent's AIO Services: scam?
[5:26:59 PM] Violent's AIO Services: rly
[5:27:02 PM] Sil3nt: yea rly
[5:27:06 PM] Violent's AIO Services: i can easily get 1:7 for it
[5:27:08 PM] Violent's AIO Services: but since you want
[5:27:10 PM] Sil3nt: you just bought it for 1:10 STEALING my customer
[5:27:10 PM] Sil3nt: [4:52:16 PM] Violent's AIO Services: WOW
[4:52:17 PM] Violent's AIO Services: BUY MY 07
[4:52:20 PM] Violent's AIO Services: NOT HIS
[4:52:32 PM] Sil3nt: =(
[5:27:11 PM] Sil3nt: ^proof
[5:27:14 PM] Violent's AIO Services: i give u 1:9
[5:27:14 PM] Sil3nt: and you try to RESELL
[5:27:16 PM] Sil3nt: to me for more
[5:27:17 PM] Sil3nt: are you srs
[5:27:22 PM] Sil3nt: your fucking omgfg
[5:27:22 PM] Sil3nt: lmfao
[5:27:24 PM] Sil3nt: so conceited
[5:27:26 PM] Violent's AIO Services: lol
[5:27:26 PM] Violent's AIO Services: hi sil3nt

I dont even wana post proof because i dont expect anything to get done But heres a pic showing his edititing of thing he said that hes trying to cover up. Just wanted to let people know to BE CAREFUL when using a middle man for certain things because you never know, you might end up losing your customer to the middle man himself.

That's pretty low, a VMM is a verified middle man. The entire point of a VMM is to do your trade, not to steal your customer.

You do not steal a customer when you're asked to simply middleman a trade because you're trusted.

Pretty pathetic.

Thank you for understanding my side of this. By you posting this reply makes this topic 100% worth it for me. Thanks man.

pretty lol to me

Made me giggle after it happened also :P Only reason im posting this is because he has the most feedback on site, highly trusted yet he cant even mm properly then tries to cover everything up by editing msgs and stuff. I just find it kinda childish and sad.

Haha wow, that is pretty unprofessional, you would never see anything like that with an OMM at sythe or any other reputable online trading website.  Not to mention this, this guy has already been caught for selling stolen VIP vouchers and is somehow a VMM, lol, just lol.

Yea i wouldnt doubt the vouchers part =S

    • Gradle is a build tool used to accelerate developer productivity.

We recently setup a Maven repository (TRiBot Central) to make it easier for scripters to create scripts. Check it out here: https://gitlab.com/trilez-software/tribot/tribot-central/-/packages

Furthermore, we've released a simple Gradle project to make it easy to run TRiBot and develop scripts for it. Check it out here: https://gitlab.com/trilez-software/tribot/tribot-gradle-launcher

The goals of TRiBot Central are to:

      Deliver updates to TRiBot faster

Better organize TRiBot's dependencies (AKA dependancies)

Make it easier to develop scripts for TRiBot

Make it easier to use and run TRiBot

Note: TRiBot won't be able to run scripts from within this project until TRiBot's next release.

    • Hi everyone,

I'd like to thank everyone for their patience in this transition period. Since last week, we've worked out the remaining bugs with this integration.

Some users have still been having issues with connecting their forums account to their Auth0 account. To resolve this, we've imported all forums accounts into Auth0.

Unfortunately, the accounts which were imported today were using an unsupported password hashing algorithm. Hence, random passwords were set during the import.

What does this mean for me?

If you've previously linked your forums account to your Auth0 account, you don't have to do anything. Nothing changes for you.

If you haven't logged in via our new login yet,

Try logging in with your forums email address and the last password you used

If you are unable to login, please use the "Forgot password" tool on the login page:
Follow the instructions to reset your password

    • Hello everyone,

Last week we tried to roll out Auth0 Login, but we lost that battle. Now it's time to win the war!

      Important changes

When logging into the client, you'll now have to enter your Auth0 account credentials instead of your forums credentials

Note: 2FA is still handled through your forums account (for the time being)

      Changes for existing users

You'll have to link your Auth0 account to your forums account here: https://tribot.org/forums/settings/login/?service=11

Auth0 accounts have been created for most existing users. Please use your forums email address and password to login.

      Important notes

Make sure to verify your email address upon creating a new Auth0 account

When we mention your Auth0 account, we mean your account used for auth.tribot.org as displayed below

    • To better support the upcoming changes (TRiBot X, new repository), we're switching our login handler to Auth0. Instead of logging in with the standard form, you'll now be required to login through our Auth0 application.

All existing accounts which have been used within approximately the past year have been imported into Auth0 using the same email and password combination which has been stored on the forums.

What does this mean for users?

Your account credentials are now even more securely stored

You'll be able to login via Facebook, Google, and others in the future

Is there anything users have to do differently now?

Existing users: You'll have to login with the standard login, open your Account Settings, then link your Auth0 account

New users: You'll be redirected to our Auth0 app (auth.tribot.org) where you'll be able to create an account

      Why was this change made?

The new apps we are creating (such as the new repository) aren't able to use the forums to handle user logins

To centralize all user accounts in one area

To ensure that the client login doesn't go down when the forums are having problems

      To speed up our development

      Other considerations

There's no documentation or official support for using Invision Community combined with Auth0, so there are still a few kinks we're working out

We're in the works of creating an account management panel specifically for Auth0 accounts (ETA August)

It's not possible to change email addresses for the time being (this will be resolved this August)

Changing passwords is a weird process for the time being. To change your password, you'll have to use the "Don't remember your password" tool on the Auth0 login page

    • Over the past month, we've been working hard on TRiBot's new repository - a much needed update. This change has been deemed necessary for TRiBot X, and will allow us to really speed up development of all aspects of TRiBot.

Today we are going to share what we've been working on!

Now you must be wondering what kind of features the new repository will have.... well, you'll have to be patient for a little while longer. We're still figuring out various technical aspects so we can't provide answers to all possible questions. We're also focusing on development rather than writing about it so that everyone can get access to our latest developments at lightning speed. I will however answer a few users' questions.

We're planning on a release of this early to mid August, giving users some goodies before TRiBot X's release.

Thank you all for being patient. I hope everyone is excited as much as I am!
