I just started delving into Tribot scripting a few days ago and I'm struggling to find any documentation on initiating trades. I understand what to do once a trade has started but don't know how to actually initiate a trade with another player. Any insight? I've tried moving the mouse to the exact tile the mule is on, executing a right click, then click text "Trade with <mule name>." This works sometimes, but seems to be dependent on camera angles and location of the bot relative to the mule. There must be a better way.
Hello, I would really appreciate some advice since it's lookin kinda hopeless.
I'm getting consistent bans on p2p accounts with nFletcher, within 24-48 hours, even though I am botting with randomized breaks, doing some manual selling/restocking every 1-2 hours. I did not bot during the night, maybe 3 sessions for 3-4 hours per day TOPS.
I even did some slayer in between every 1-2 hours on my semi-main and it just got banned for 2 days regardless (ty god no perma, obviously not gonna bot on a valuable account ever again, that was dumdum)
Am I doing something wrong or what? This seems completely unprofitable and unsustainable. I am not into this as much as to create a bot farm, but I wanted to do a total of 10ish m/day on 1-2 accounts and this seems impossible.
Any advice? Thank you so much in advance
1. Is Jagex able to track and chain ban all muling accounts regardless if items were traded or drop traded, associated or not?
2. Is RWT the bots' GP profit daily better than weekly/monthly?
3. What about stockpiling items/GP versus selling profit daily?
4. What steps does one need to take to drop-trade/person-to-person trade between said number of accounts to remain nearly anonymous?
Please answer these (4) four questions in order or to the best of your ability.
Below are a few examples I came up with but might not be close to effective at all so feel free to ignore me haha!
Example 1: 10 bots with botted items ready to stockpile... trade to > 1 legit, clean account and stockpile on latter account. (what if Jagex knows who picks up/drops what in cache? see Example 2...)
Example 2: 10 bots with botted items ready to stockpile... drop trade to > 1 throwaway... trade 10%+/- of each botted item to 10+/- different throwaways that stockpile botted items. (this just spreads out the items into multiple stockpile accounts, thus reducing chain ban? See Example 3 for similar method...)
Example 3: 10 bots with botted items ready to stockpile... drop trade to > 1 throwaway then DROP-TRADE 10%+/- of each botted item to > 10+/- different throwaways that stockpile botted items. (this method should be best given that Examples 2 and 1 don't work but still just a question as are all 'Example _" paragraphs...)
The above examples won't work (most likely) but I figured I'd start a thread that has some basic questions in it and see where people consider their method...
From one muling noob to the interwebs I say: Please help...
Hello everyone,i was just thinking about methods jagex is using to ban bots. I am wondering whether it is possible to get ban when you are botting in ideal conditions - like lets say hypotetically you have fresh new IP never logged in to runescape, you have fresh new computer, you will log into runescape with Looking Glass Bot and use private script with ABC2 methods implemented 100% and debugged to be without mistakes and you watch for the bot all day and respond to everyone. Can jagex still detect you are botting? If so, how? I mean when it looks like 100% you're not a bot, your reaction times are human like, click points are human like... what's the difference between human playing then and bot, how they can differentiate them apart?
TRiBot 12 Release Candidate
The TRiBot team has been hard at work creating the last major version of TRiBot before the TRiBot X release. We've noticed many problems with TRiBot 11 with a lot of users preferring TRiBot 10 over 11. We've heard you, so we took TRiBot 10, added the new features introduced with 11, introduced some other new things, and created TRiBot 12. So without further adieu, here's TRiBot 12.
Gradle is a build tool used to accelerate developer productivity.
We recently setup a Maven repository (TRiBot Central) to make it easier for scripters to create scripts. Check it out here: https://gitlab.com/trilez-software/tribot/tribot-central/-/packages
Furthermore, we've released a simple Gradle project to make it easy to run TRiBot and develop scripts for it. Check it out here: https://gitlab.com/trilez-software/tribot/tribot-gradle-launcher
The goals of TRiBot Central are to:
Deliver updates to TRiBot faster
Better organize TRiBot's dependencies (AKA dependancies)
Make it easier to develop scripts for TRiBot
Make it easier to use and run TRiBot
Note: TRiBot won't be able to run scripts from within this project until TRiBot's next release.
I'd like to thank everyone for their patience in this transition period. Since last week, we've worked out the remaining bugs with this integration.
Some users have still been having issues with connecting their forums account to their Auth0 account. To resolve this, we've imported all forums accounts into Auth0.
Unfortunately, the accounts which were imported today were using an unsupported password hashing algorithm. Hence, random passwords were set during the import.
What does this mean for me?
If you've previously linked your forums account to your Auth0 account, you don't have to do anything. Nothing changes for you.
If you haven't logged in via our new login yet,
Try logging in with your forums email address and the last password you used
If you are unable to login, please use the "Forgot password" tool on the login page:
Follow the instructions to reset your password
Last week we tried to roll out Auth0 Login, but we lost that battle. Now it's time to win the war!
When logging into the client, you'll now have to enter your Auth0 account credentials instead of your forums credentials
Note: 2FA is still handled through your forums account (for the time being)
Changes for existing users
You'll have to link your Auth0 account to your forums account here: https://tribot.org/forums/settings/login/?service=11
Auth0 accounts have been created for most existing users. Please use your forums email address and password to login.
Make sure to verify your email address upon creating a new Auth0 account
When we mention your Auth0 account, we mean your account used for auth.tribot.org as displayed below
