1. Script Author: @Einstein
2. Link to Script's Thread: Private script
3. Date Purchased: 2020/11/07
4. What type of duration did you purchase: As long as I will use it
5. Proof that you have tried contacting the author about your issue(s):

6. Issue(s):
It was a Private tanner script which I ordered exclusively for twitch prime botting for 385$.
It looks like he left, the script is probably broken and I dont even have access to it anymore since its expired,
so I cant use the script anymore.
He said he will support it as long as I use it. I ordered this script 1-2 weeks before prime started at the last prime event.
The script sadly took a really long time to finish because it had a lot of issues and bugs, it needed a lot of testing and
it was a pretty slow process so unfortunately I was only able to actually use it in a workable state for like 3 days before prime ended,
so basically nothing realistically.
Now prime is up again but I have no script to use, so I would like this to either get fixed by somebody for free or for small amount
while understanding my situation or get a full refund.

Einstein had no right to tell you that he would support the script for as long as you'll use it. I'm sorry that happened, but scripts are sold in finite durations for a reason.

Script support lasts for as long as your subscription duration. No more, no less.

You cannot receive a refund for a purchase made 6+ months ago. Again, I'm sorry Einstein told you something that wasn't true.

Denied.

"unless you agreed upon on a support duration."
Hmm.

So I guess we just really going to ignore what 2 admins said to me?

One stating that the scripter decides, in this case indefinite and the second stating indefinite too saying as long as I need. And on top of this also considering what happened and how it happened, once again I was barely even able to use something that I paid 385$ and it wasnt even my fault.

Im sorry but 6 months or not considering this whole thing this is just super unfair to me and unproffessional from you if you just going to ignore it.

TRiBot stands by it's Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Premium scripters do not hold the legal authority to enter any sort of binding agreement on behalf of TRiBot. Your purchase was for 60 days and if you had an agreement for a longer duration that should have been reflected on TRiBot's end at the time of purchase. In addition, it has been past 6 months since the original purchase. It's unfortunate that Einstein is no longer available to provide support, but this is exactly why TRiBot scripts are not lifetime and have a set duration.

    • TRiBot 12 Release Candidate

The TRiBot team has been hard at work creating the last major version of TRiBot before the TRiBot X release. We've noticed many problems with TRiBot 11 with a lot of users preferring TRiBot 10 over 11. We've heard you, so we took TRiBot 10, added the new features introduced with 11, introduced some other new things, and created TRiBot 12. So without further adieu, here's TRiBot 12.

    • Gradle is a build tool used to accelerate developer productivity.

We recently setup a Maven repository (TRiBot Central) to make it easier for scripters to create scripts. Check it out here: https://gitlab.com/trilez-software/tribot/tribot-central/-/packages

Furthermore, we've released a simple Gradle project to make it easy to run TRiBot and develop scripts for it. Check it out here: https://gitlab.com/trilez-software/tribot/tribot-gradle-launcher

The goals of TRiBot Central are to:

      Deliver updates to TRiBot faster

Better organize TRiBot's dependencies (AKA dependancies)

Make it easier to develop scripts for TRiBot

Make it easier to use and run TRiBot

Note: TRiBot won't be able to run scripts from within this project until TRiBot's next release.

    • Hi everyone,

I'd like to thank everyone for their patience in this transition period. Since last week, we've worked out the remaining bugs with this integration.

Some users have still been having issues with connecting their forums account to their Auth0 account. To resolve this, we've imported all forums accounts into Auth0.

Unfortunately, the accounts which were imported today were using an unsupported password hashing algorithm. Hence, random passwords were set during the import.

What does this mean for me?

If you've previously linked your forums account to your Auth0 account, you don't have to do anything. Nothing changes for you.

If you haven't logged in via our new login yet,

Try logging in with your forums email address and the last password you used

If you are unable to login, please use the "Forgot password" tool on the login page:
Follow the instructions to reset your password
