In this example, a break of almost 4 hours is running when my breaks should last at least 6:10hrs, it has also happened to me with short breaks, sometimes they last 1:20hrs, how can I fix it? Yesterday only 1/5 accounts with this configuration took a long break and in 3 days I have seen a single short break, which makes me understand that the breaks are failing, they are not running and the accounts are playing straight.
