You need to put on the mm2 preset, load your inventory, load your desired prayer and start the script on the open area. The bot will pick up prayer potions and food if you have low hp, it will drop accidentel pickup and if it needs more space and has to choose between food and prayer potions, it will eat the food and pick up the prayer potion.
