It's all about the time and the items you use. It was like that when I first started out, but now I make around 300k-600k an hour. Secondary objectives are more variants of the dynamic "merch handling implementation type" which will be explained further when added. If you go into advanced item preferences you can select different ways to type each item with different priorities/weights. A little tedious but offers full customization to the user.
